Certificates

For the production of staircases and staircases, we have issued certificate No. 1149/222 / §5 / 2004, which serves as proof of product conformity. Require this certificate also with competing companies! Issue of this certificate was preceded by many tests and tests, durability and structural strength of our products.

Suitable material for stairway and stairs

The hardest material is the most suitable on staircase. Mostly we produce stairs from OAK. But beech is good, especially in modern interiors. It is also possible to use ash, elm and maple. From exotic materials, the American walnuts stand out in their drawing, and in terms of durability, both the jatoba or the yoko.

How do we produce stairs?

1. Runner - used for cheaper variants. There are clearly visible joints on the surface of the panels. The mass of the pile consists of a large number of massive fries attached only to the width (the width of individual fries is at least 30 mm). The thickness of the used lumber is 40mm.

2. Strong veneer combined with massif - used in luxury varieties where emphasis is on aesthetics. This is a sandwich system - a spruce padded with a hard 30mm hardwood and the surfaces are cast with a 1.5mm thick veneer. This will result in a unified and very aesthetic appearance of the side stairs and steps of the staircase. This technology also guarantees high structural stability. The thickness of the sandwich system used is 50mm. This production is very demanding, and it is a relatively higher price.

3. Other components such as strands, handles, columns and moldings are made of solid wood.
